Sean Bukowski
Principal
Prior to forming the Bukowski Law Firm, Sean Bukowski was general counsel for a commercial property owner and management company. He has also been a founding partner of Bukowski & Upchurch, LP. Before that, Mr. Bukowski worked in both the New York and Houston offices of Vinson & Elkins, LLP. He worked in all areas of litigation, including corporate and securities, eminent domain, mass tort and bankruptcy.
Mr. Bukowski is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Vanderbilt Law School. He is a rabid University of Michigan sports fan who moved to Austin in 2011.
Aaron Gankofskie
Associate Attorney
Aaron is a creative, aggressive, and tactical attorney, but his primary goal is on obtaining positive, cost-effective results for his clients. To accomplish this goal, Aaron consistently provides his clients with realistic expectations for the outcomes and costs of their cases; thereby, helping them make fully informed decisions and avoid the sunk-cost fallacy that commonly accompanies litigation.
Prior to joining the Bukowski Law Firm, Aaron spent five years in Houston representing clients at two real estate boutique law firms. From this experience, Aaron gained a strong foundation in all aspects of real estate litigation. It also afforded him the opportunity to second chair a jury trial and brief multiple appeals, including one to the Supreme Court of Texas.
Aaron is a 2016 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. In addition to his law degree, Aaron holds an MBA from Meredith College (Raleigh, NC) and BA in Economics & Business from Hendrix College (Conway, AR). In his free time, Aaron can be found on the golf course or spending time with his friends.
Carl R. Allred
Associate Attorney
Carl focuses his practice on protecting his clients’ commercial investments by helping them close transactions on the best possible terms. He also assists in various litigation matters when the need arises.
Soon after graduation Carl and his wife relocated to Seattle, WA where he practiced family law for a short time. Longing for his home state of Texas, and a desire to re-enter the world of real estate law, Carl and his wife finally came home to their native state. He initially worked as a Municipal Attorney primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, eminent domain, and employment law. Seeking to pursue a career more focused towards commercial real estate transactions Carl came to work for Bukowski law firm in August 2021.
Carl grew up on a ranch in southeastern Oklahoma where he raised a wide variety of livestock from cattle, pigs, lambs, and even emus. Carl and his wife spend their free time hunting, fishing, and pretty much doing anything outdoors and away from the big city. Carl is also an avid reader and enjoys nothing more than a good book on Texas history.
